Are blouse and petticoat included with each saaree?

Some sarees come as bundles - while others are just sarees & blouses are offered as add ons. Complete details will be mentioned in the description of each product.

Are our saarees long enough for tall people?

Generally, yes they are able to accommodate people up to 5 ft 6/7 inches. Lengths & widths may vary according to the type of saaree, thus if lengths are an issue do check with us through our support team.

What payment methods do we have available?

Currently, we have bank transfer & cash on delivery Available Throughout Pakistan. For Foreign clients, only advance online payments are accepted. PayPal can be provided.

Do you exchange/return items?

IMPORTANT
Exchanges and refunds are only possible in case of a defect in the product. In such cases, exchanges/refunds can be entertained within 3 days of the saaree receipt date.

Do you customise saarees?

We do sometimes customize in terms of color, for that reach out to us on instagram & we’ll try our best to facilitate.

Are the sarees stitched?

All prices mentioned are for unstitch sarees and stitching services are included separately

Do you have a showroom/warehouse present where customers can visit?

At the moment, we’re solely online.

what does fall & edging mean?

Fall and edging is a simple hemming & neatening of the edges + adding a fabric under the pleats for a better fall. This option does not mean the saree will have pre stitched pleats.

How long does it take for my saaree to be delivered?

Saarees in stock for immediate delivery will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Preorders may take 9-14 days for delivery. Feel free to ask our support team for exact time.
